1952 Vincent Black Shadow Series C To Be Auctioned In Las Vegas To Benefit The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation®

According to the auction house, this bike…
"may be the most rideable, original, matching numbers example to come on the market in many years. Its restoration was overseen and participated in by renowned Vincent experts Dick Busby, Mike Parti, Haig Altounian, and numerous others. Every aspect of the restoration was done with originality and rideability in mind. Sensible safety and convenience additions like turn signals and an oversize tail/brake lamp, Dave Hill's custom center stand and custom saddle by Rich's Custom Upholstery can all be removed and returned to original configuration in a day's work. The original saddle, restored by Rich's, and other original parts accompany the machine. Since the restoration was completed approximately 10 years ago, about 1,000 miles have been logged, with minor adjustments for rideability along the way. Since acquiring it in 2006, the seller has stored it in a temperature-controlled, radiant heated hangar and rides it a few hundred miles a year with absolute reliability. It is a remarkably smooth and powerful machine. A true thoroughbred in every sense, this is one Vincent that truly lives up to the legend."
