Honda Cbr929rr
Honda's CBR929RR squeaks out a narrow but decisive victory over Yamaha's also-stellar YZF-R1. Although the Honda was not the fastest or most powerful, it was close enough to the top of the stack in every relevant category that it earns top honors by virtue of its extreme versatility. The key here is accessibility. We put the Honda first on the road because of its superb agility and confidence-inspiring manners; with an intermediate-level rider aboard, the 929 trailed only the GSX-R at the track. Add to this the Honda's excellent fit and finish and its second-lowest price tag, and you've got the clear makings of a street-going superbike champion.
