Characterized by the same aluminum frame and adjustable suspension seen on the RS 660, the Tuono 660 reveals just a little more of what is powering the motorcycle with its minimal bodywork. The 660cc two-cylinder engine of the concept is claimed to produce 95 hp, and with its middleweight engine capacity, is geared toward new riders and those moving up the ranks from smaller-displacement motorcycles. The riding position is more upright than the RS with its raised wide handlebar. What is also inherited from the RS is the triple LED front light assembly with perimeter daytime running lights situated around the main headlamps. The Tuono 660 adopts the double fairing with aerodynamic appendix function. Electronic aids include traction control, anti-wheelie control, and engine-brake control, all of which are adjustable. Ride modes are also available for road and track.
