2020 Ducati Monster 1200 S First Look Preview

This Monster is now available in black on black.

Ducati has just announced the latest color options for the 2020 Monster 1200 S. It will be offered in a new Black on Black version as well as the traditional Ducati Red. The Monster series has been a huge hit for Ducati ever since it was introduced back in 1993. These days the original "naked bike" has evolved into a complete line-up with no less than six options for beginners and hard-core riders alike. The Monster family includes the entry-level and still air-cooled 797. Water-cooled versions include the 821 as well as the high-performance 1200 S and 1200 R.

The 2020 Monster 1200 S is unchanged for this year but it will be offered in the all-new Black on Black colorway.Ducati

The 1200 S is the manufacturer's top-shelf version that showcases its trick hardware and software which includes the latest Testastretta 11° engine, slipper clutch, ride-by-wire throttle, ABS, ABS Cornering, Traction Control, Wheelie Control, Öhlins suspension, Brembo M50 brakes, and of course a healthy dose of sex appeal from the bodywork and chassis. The Monster S oozes class whether it's moving or sitting still.

The Monster 1200 S is capable on the track thanks to the up-spec suspension and brakes, high-horsepower engine, and aggressive ergos.Ducati

The bike was updated in 2017 so there was not a lot of need to dig into the model this year, but you can be sure it still offers up the type of thrill ride that only a Monster provides.
