Zero MX, X and S All Available at Lake Elsinore Motocross Park

WHAT: Zero Motorcycles will be offering demo rides for the Zero MX motocross dirt bike and the Zero X off-road dirt bike as well as the Zero S street legal motorcycle this Saturday, November 14th from 10am to 2pm at the Lake Elsinore Motocross Park. Demos are available by appointment or will be offered on a first come, first serve basis the day of the event.

Zero Motorcycles first entered the motorcycle industry in 2006 with the all-electric Drift. In 2008 they launched the Zero X which exceeded all expectations by selling out before the year end. Its success blazed the path for the long awaited launch of the Zero S supermoto motorcycle in April. This summer, Zero Motorcycles announced another addition to its electric motorcycle product lineup with the Zero MX made specifically for track riding and motocross.

The Zero MX is designed for taking jumps on the track by using a new high performance motorcycle suspension system. It includes a beefier front end and a newly developed custom rear shock that gives riders a fully adjustable spring preload and easily tuned damping. The Zero MX has also been fitted with an aggressive 19" front wheel and tire package that will accommodate any motocross tire.

The Zero X is a high performance electric motorcycle that is designed for the trail. It utilizes Zero's proprietary lithium-ion power pack and an aircraft grade aluminum frame to achieve an exceptionally high power to weight ratio and extended range. Built from the ground up, this stealthy motorcycle races up hills, flies over jumps and splashes through streams without disturbing nature or neighbors.

Developed to aggressively take on urban environments, the Zero S integrates revolutionary technology with innovative motorcycle design. In addition to its performance and maneuverability, the Zero S uses a completely non-toxic lithium ion array and the majority of the motorcycle is fully recyclable. The landfill approved power pack recharges in less than four hours while plugged into a standard 110V or 220V outlet. Eco-friendly with zero emissions, the Zero S is also economy-friendly with an operating cost of less than one cent per mile or kilometer.
