Intro

The TC series is an off-roading lineup of motorbikes manufactured by Husqvarna. The base MSRP for the 2009 Husqvarna TC motorbikes ranges from $6,700 for the TC 250 model to around $7,700 for the TC 510 model. The engines for these motorbikes are liquid-cooled. The 2009 Husqvarna TC 250 is around 7.27 feet long, 32.3 inches wide, around 51.4 inches high and has around 12.8 inches of ground clearance. The Husqvarna 450 and 510 off-roading motorbikes are about 7.24 feet long, 32.3 inches wide, around 50.6 inches high, and have around 11.8 inches of ground clearance.

All of these motocross motorbikes have aluminum wheels, aluminum rear suspensions and frames made from a steel-aluminum composite. Husqvarna also improved durability in the TC 450 motorbikes by using a new timing gear chain tensioner. The frames for these motorbikes are around 202 pounds lighter than in 2008. Husqvarna focused on making the TC 510 more comfortable and more durable for 2009. The 2009 Husqvarna RC 510 is also around 202 pounds lighter than the model from 2008. Husqvarna also added new protection systems to the engines in the 2009 TC 510 motorbikes.
