New Products At AIMExpo 2015: Weego Jump Starter Battery+

If you’ve ever had to deal with a dead battery away from home, your options were limited to calling a friend for a jump or a tow truck to haul the bike back home. Push-starting? No thanks, we’ve all been down that road before.

Enter Weego, makers of the Jump Starter Battery+ (myweego.com). Their smallest Standard Jump Starter is amazingly compact_about the size of an iPhone 5–and will slip into a pocket, tank bag or tail compartment. Weego claims that the Standard Jump Starter will start a 4.6-liter gasoline engine and can also serve as a charging power source for mobile devices. Plus it has a built-in LED light! We talked to Weego’s Gerry Toscani at AIMExpo 2015 and he gives us a first look at this compact jumper:
