Based on Kawasaki's hugely competent sport-tourer, this special edition features an adjustable speedometer and enough electrical power to bounce a radar wave off the moon. Though speeders might wince, taxpayers will be happy to hear that the initial purchase price is $2000 lower than BMW's or Harley-Davidson's cop bikes, and maintenance costs are reduced as well.
