Brian P. Lawler and Tod Rafferty have an exhibition at the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art that runs through June 12.
The show is called The Achievers, the Art of Engineering. The exhibition is an off-shoot of a book that Brian and Tod published a few years ago, called The Achievers. The show is a collection of images and objects that show the creativity of engineering innovators on the central coast.
Included are aircraft, land-craft, clever motorcycles, human-powered vehicles, space exploration, undersea exploration, and more. The museum is located in the Mission Plaza at the corner of Broad and Monterey Streets. The reception will be held Friday, June 3, 6-8pm.
Admission is free.
