Ride for Kids® welcomes motorcyclists on Ride to Work Day

The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation® (PBTF) Ride for Kids® program hosted dozens of motorcyclists at an open house on Ride to Work Day on June 20.

Attendees enjoyed a buffet of pizza and cake and entered a drawing for door prizes from Ride for Kids® sponsor GEICO, Ride to Work, the Motorcycle Industry Council, Olympia Moto Sports, Bob's BMW, and MR Motorcycle.

"This was a great opportunity to promote motorcycling and introduce people to what the PBTF and Ride for Kids® are all about," said national ride manager Jerry Harvey.

Now in its 20th year, Ride to Work Day advocates and supports the use of motorcycles and scooters for transportation. This was the third open house that Ride for Kids® has hosted for Ride to Work Day.
