Spanish MotoGP™ contingent reunited at Jerez for Mediaset España launch

[The top Spanish riders gathered at the Jerez Circuit on Thursday for a special presentation held by Mediaset España, who begin a multi-year deal with Dorna Sports SL in 2012 to broadcast the MotoGP™ World Championship.

On the eve of the final pre-season test at the circuit, 2010 World Champion Jorge Lorenzo was joined by Dani Pedrosa, Álvaro Bautista, Héctor Barberá and Aleix Espargaró, as well as a selection of the best Spanish Moto2 and Moto3 riders such as Marc Márquez, Toni Elías, Julián Simón, Nico Terol and Maverick Viñales.

[The riders all talked about their prospects for the 2012 season as they were introduced by the new Mediaset Sport commentary crew, formed by Marco Rocha, Lara Álvarez, Keko Ochoa, Mela Chércoles and which also includes Dennis Noyes and Angel Nieto.

After the official presentation of Mediaset's plans for the 2012 season - which will include full coverage of all sessions and races for the three World Championship classes on their Telecinco and Energy channels - Telecinco CEO Paolo Vasile was introduced to Valentino Rossi by Dorna Sports CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta.
