Edelweiss On Two Wheels

Motorcyclist’s Alpine Test Ride, and the Edelweiss Bike Travel Feschtl

Last month, Ari Henning and I had the unique opportunity to take 10 lucky _Motorcyclist _readers on the ride of a lifetime: a 5-day, 4-country tour of the Alps, where these readers helped us conduct an adventure-bike comparison test that will appear in the October, 2013, issue of the magazine. Although riding eight of the the latest and greatest ADV bikes was certainly a treat, the real reward was the amazing riding through Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, on a tour organized and guided by the experts at Edelweiss Bike Travel.

Did we have a great time? Does snow cover Timmelsjoch Pass? Check out the latest episode of our On Two Wheels video program to see all the highlights of our Alpine adventure bike test, and to get a sneak preview of the story you'll read in a few weeks when the October issue hits mailboxes and newsstands.
