Dirt Rider magazine recently hosted a Ride Day at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California. It was a nice break from the office, and a good opportunity for dirt virgins like our web producer, Annette Carrion (shown here rocking James Stewart's #7), to learn to ride dirtbikes with expert instruction from DR's Chris Denison (34) and Jimmy Lewis. The day ended with all riders—ranging from Beginners to Pros—participating in a team race. That was so chaotic, however, that a second, Pro-only race was held to determine the winning team! Ever since, we've had to put up with Annette telling us she "won" her first race...
