AMA Upgrades Online Race Results Reporting

Come Monday morning it’s pretty easy to find the results of the weekend’s professional motorcycle races. But the amateur events are harder to locate. That’s a shame because these aspiring pros need all the notice they can get. Now the AMA is rolling out improved online results reporting for amateur races to help the up-and-comers get the exposure they deserve, and to help their fans follow their progress up through the ranks.

AMA Race Center adds enhancements to the old online motocross results, including results and advancement points for all classes; cross-linked results by rider or track; rider performance charts; upcoming events; a comprehensive search function; and an easier-to-navigate user interface.

AMA Race Center is still in beta, but currently includes results for all AMA-sanctioned motocross, Arenacross, and ATV motocross races as soon as they’re delivered by the event promoters.

Future versions of AMA Race Report will include results for all types of racing sanctioned by the AMA. AMA Race Center is accessible here.  Feedback can be provided by emailing amaracecenter@ama-cycle.org.
