New TCX Boot Models Announced

TCX announced several new models at their international distributor meeting in Montebelluna, Italy. So if you love to read about brand-new things you can't have yet, read ons if not, bookmark this page and save it until late 2010, when these 2011 boots are due to be on dealers' shelves.

If was fitting that the rain was coming down outside because inside the news seemed focused on waterproofing. TCX's top end race boot, with their Torsion Control System and Metatarsal Control System, in now available in a waterproof version, the S-Race Gore-Tex.

The entire S-Race line is improved with better protection between the two articulation systems, a redesigned shape geared at better bike feel on the inside of the boot, and overall lighter weight.

The touring line got three all-new models, all ready for any weather, with the X-Five Plus Gore-Tex, and the waterproof X-Action and X-Miles. And in what TCX calls their 'All Uses Line,' and all-new X-Ville (waterproof), X-Ville Air (for hot weather), the Urban (waterproof), and the 'molto'-casual Kay Paddock join the party.

There, you just got a scoop of some cool new 2011 boots that your dealer doesn't even know about yet (unless he's reading this web story, too), so don't be confused if you confuse him trying to order these. Just give him a little time to get the word from his distributor, then try not to rub it in that you get your info straight from Italy!
