Riders for Health works to make sure that transportation is available to health care workers so that they can travel to remote villages to dispense vital medical care or take a patient to the hospital. This requires making sure that there are enough vehicles on hand when healthcare workers need them, and that they are being properly serviced by local vehicle technicians. As a result, the vehicles that are available last longer than they normally would if they were not being properly maintained.
Barry and Riders Founder, Andrea Coleman, will also be present at the 'Day of Stars' on Thursday, July 22. This is an event where Riders for Health, which is the official charity of MotoGP, will join with Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California to provide a day where motorcycle enthusiasts are able to meet various motorcycle stars and bid on fantastic prizes during the live auction.
