rLiNK Uses Advanced Internet, Cellular and GPS Technologies

Aritronix Ltd, manufacturer of Scorpio Motorcycle Alarms, introduces the revolutionary next step in motorcycle accessories with the new rLiNK. rLiNK incorporates advanced theft prevention, GPS tracking, SMS and e-mail alerts with programs that allow enthusiasts to take the riding experience from inside the helmet and share it over the internet. rLiNK uploads seamlessly to Facebook and Twitter through computer, smartphone, or rLiNK's free iPhone application. The rider can share location, route, status and trip updates, as well as connect with other rLiNK users for a group ride.

Other features include top speed alerts, weather reports, accident notification and trip planning with automatic location updates to multiple recipients. Tracking and recovery are just the beginning of the security features for the rLiNK system. rLiNK integrates Radio Frequency Identification Technology (RFID) for hands free alarm operation and a three-axis accelerometer to detect movement, shock and tilt.

rLiNK is compatible with Scorpio Alarms' "plug and play" OEM Factory Connector kits for a clean and easy installation. The GPS and cellular technologies provide 2-way communication with unlimited range for instant notification of alerts, alarm triggers and status updates. Alarm functions can be controlled by the included remote, or from your computer or smart phone.
