Onboard GoPro Video: KTM RC390 Project Bike Track Test

Motorcyclist magazine has an RC390 long-term test bike and Senior Road Test Editor Ari Henning is in charge of developing it. The aim is to hone the little KTM’s handling, and there’s no better way to evaluate changes than to turn some laps at the track. In this video Ari navigates Chuckwalla’s 17 turns while testing a new Andreani fork kit, new Bridgestone RS10 tires, and a prototype slipper clutch (hear it in action at 1:19).

The RC390 has been getting spruced up with aftermarket parts and modifications for some time now. The latest updates include a custom JRi shock (click here) and Andreani fork cartridges (click here), as well as Driven clip-ons (click here) and just-released Bridgestone RS10 tires.
