Kawasaki re-enters the police bike market, speeders shudder

The sinister snout of a Concours14 is the last thing you want filling your mirrors, especially framed by red and blue flashing lights. With an honest 150 horsepower on tap, the new Concours14 ABS-LE (for Law Enforcement) is every speeding motorist's worst nightmare. Based on Kawasaki's hugely competent sport-tourer, this special edition features an adjustable speedometer and enough electrical power to bounce a radar wave off the moon. Though speeders might wince, taxpayers will be happy to hear that the initial purchase price is $2000 lower than BMW's or Harley-Davidson's cop bikes, and maintenance costs are reduced as well. Don't say we didn't warn you...
