The trend for female-centric motorcycling events seems to have caught on like wildfire. Babes Ride Out , Femmewalla , Women's Sportbike Rally, and other annual gatherings have been growing in the last few years, and we're all the happier for that! Another one to add to your radar, ladies: The Dream Roll.

The Dream Roll is another all- women 's motorcycle campout, taking place in the lovely Pacific Northwest, August 12-14. Taking over 40 acres at the base of Mt. Adams, Washington, the Dream Roll will provide food trucks, free beer and water, music, biker games, and a raffle. The weekend kicks off Friday with a meet up at Two Stroke Coffee in Portland, Oregon from 11am to 1pm, where riders can convene and make plans to caravan to the event site. Registration on site at Mt. Adams will be open from 3pm to 5pm, after which the evening will be filled with "music, food, tattoos, beer, and fun."

Saturday starts off right with free breakfast consisting of fruit, juice, and coffee. The majority of the day is dedicated to pre-organized rides in the area to local places of interest, and generally getting out and enjoying the surrounding beauty of the Washington wilderness. Riders can head back to camp at any point during the day, but dinner will be available at the food trucks at 5pm. “Biker games,” such as a slow race, plank ride, water balloon toss, and many others will be held. A raffle will follow soon after, as well as live music, food, and beer.

The first year of The Dream Roll saw 250 attendees, and they are expecting double that this year. Tickets are $45 apiece, and registration is open until the first day of the event. Visit www.dreamroll.com for more information.
