2013 Victory Jackpot Review

Intro

The 2013 Victory Jackpot is a chopper style cruiser motorcycle that has long, exaggerated forks in the front with a fat rear tire and low riding back end. It is a very artfully designed bike that need little customization once it rolls off the assembly line to make it unique; it is unique from the start. It is made with dozens of chrome parts and accessories that make it glisten in the sunlight like nothing you have ever seen before.

The 2013 Victory Jackpot uses the signature Victory 1731cc, four-stroke, V-Twin engine that delivers a staggering 92 horsepower at 5300 revolutions per minute (rpm) and 110 lb-ft of torque at 2900 rpm. Whether you are riding on city streets, mountain trails or on the open road, the Victory V-Twin delivers an immense amount of raw power and force at the slightest crack of the throttle. There are very few other bikes that have the engine to compete with what the Jackpot is sporting. A six-speed overdrive transmission delivers the horsepower and torque to the wheel with advanced helical-cut gears that are durable, reliable, and more than capable of controlling the power from the V-Twin. In addition, the transmission delivers the engine’s power in a very smooth and streamlined manner, making it barely noticeable when shifting to higher gears. The exhaust system continues the aggressive, low rider look with 2-1-2 over/under pipes that pull straight away from the engine all the way to the rear.

The 2013 Jackpot uses a conventional telescopic fork with 5.1 inches of travel in the front and a twin sided swing arm with a single shock absorber, an adjustable spring preload and three inches of travel in the rear. The suspension compliments the chassis very well to keep engine rattle to a minimum and frame flex from affecting handling. The overall measurements of the bike help accentuate the supreme handling and tight responsive nature of the bike by keeping the center of gravity low with a seat height of only 25.7 inches and a wheelbase of 66.3 inches. The Dunlop Elite II tires finish the job by making sure the bike never loses grip of the road. The braking system uses a four-piston caliper with an 11.8 inch disc in the front and a two piston caliper with an 11.8 inch disc in the rear. The front braking system only has one disc but that is more than enough when the rear brake is used as well.

The 2013 Victory Jackpot is a highly customized, low-rider chopper style cruiser with bounds of power, responsive handling and a plethora of performance features.
