2013 Moto Guzzi V7 Racer

The re-engineered 2013 Moto Guzzi V7 line is offered in three stylish models that are sure to thrill cycle enthusiasts of all stripes.

The first offering for the V7 is the matte black V7 Stone. This stealth-fighter styled street-bike mounts the V-Twin engine inside a matte-black, powder-coated steel frame. The new all metal fuel tank and the body panels beckon you to the dark side with chrome highlights, picked out in the black-out paint design. The dark tradition continues to the all aluminum wheels, with contrasting black paint, and brushed aluminum finishes. The Stone is also available in a white on black version. The subdued matte black of the tank and fenders are substituted with a glossy, stark, white, which makes an entirely different statement. Either choice showcases Moto Guzzi’s commitment to bold styling.

The V-7 Special is a styling throwback to Moto Guzzi’s touring tradition, with bright chrome details, over beautiful, two-tone paint combinations with regal white over red paint, or daring yellow over black. The Special’s silhouette summons summer nights, with rider and passenger touring easily on the powerful, two seat bike. The Special sports two place seating, available soft saddle bags, and all the power one would need to tour in style. Besides the beautifully rendered, two-tone paint selections, the Special rolls on lightweight, chrome-spoked, aluminum wheels. From the chrome-plated wheels to the retro-styled taillight-indicator cluster, the Moto Guzzi V-7 Special is about substance and style.

The Racer is the most eye catching model of Moto Guzzi’s three, 2013 designs. Borrowing from the decades long racing tradition Moto Guzzi developed in the 1950s, the Racer imports all the power and styling of the moto-sports past, into the 21st century with this stylish and rugged bike. The single place seat surmounts a glossy red, frame, with a girthy, chromed fuel tank, cinched in place with a Moto Guzzi stamped leather strap. Glossy black, bobbed, front, and rear fenders, complement the black front forks and tail. Clip-style handlebars and number plates make for a sporty silhouette, From the anodized red aluminum front hub, to the red pin-striping around the number plates and side panel, this bike is a beautiful example of motorcycle art.

All the 2013 offerings of the historic V7 range are agile, eye-catching, and powerful. While staying true to the classic V7’s heritage, the three 2013 models feature a more powerful, redesigned, 750cc, 90 degree, V-twin engine, increased fuel capacity, and styling that stays true to the characteristics of the Moto Guzzi tradition. Reduced weight in newly designed wheels make for less inertia, which makes the 2013 V7s easier to handle and quicker to respond.

The V7s offer the feel and look of classic bikes, coupled with the performance and reliability of modern touring cycles, with electronic fuel injection, front and rear, disc brakes, and two-year warranties.
