The 2013 Kymco People GT comes in the 200i and the 300i models. The Taiwanese company has been active in the United States scooter market since 2000. Kymco has steadily grown and improved their scooter since entering the U.S. market. The People GT 300i is Kymco’s premier model.
The Kymco GT 300i is a big-wheeled scooter with a step through design and no hump or windshield. It is powered by a 298cc, SOHC four-stroke, four-valve liquid-cooled engine with EFI. Twenty-nine horses run to the rear wheel by way of an automatic CVT (Continually Variable Transmission). The suspension consists of adjustable shocks in the rear and telescopic forks in the front. These features give this scooter the power and flexibility to handle city streets. It also comes equipped with a halogen headlight and LED taillights. There is a 12-volt accessory outlet for charging a cell phone, GOS, or some other such device. The underseat storage can fit a helmet and the top box can store a helmet or jacket.
