Intro

Not just another pro-street chopper; The 101 inch Saxon Hotrod Sceptre rides off the showroom floor and onto the street with a stock 96 cubic inch natUral S&S engine. Not enough pro-street cred? Saxon offers you more engine options for this ride; choose from an S&S 100 ci fuel injected, a California engine or an S&S 111 ci Engine. Any of the S&S engines are great choices. There's a reason it’s almost always the custom bike builder's choice. Depending on the final look you choose, engines are available in ""natUral"", polished or black packages. Add the requisite chrome and your customizing job is done.

The Baker 6 speed transmission, with a right hand final chain drive gives the bike a slightly old-school feel and appearance. The rear suspension is a twin-sided swing arm with hidden Progressive shocks sitting on your choice of 18 inch wheels with a decent-sized 260/40x 18 tires. The front suspension is a 41 mm telescoping wide fork type, resting on the 90/90 21R tires. Match those up with the stock aluminum wheels, or choose from the wide range offered up as an OEM accessory.

Seating is low at 25 inches, and this bike appears stock, with a very comfortable solo black leather seat. If you must ride two-up, you have options: the pillion pad is the easiest to remove and replace, or you can choose the more permanent two-up leather seat. The paint and chrome options on this ride are endless; this manufacturer really does try to please everyone. If you aren't happy with their custom choices, you know the routine – design it yourself and run off to your favorite $20,000 custom paint shop.
