If another MV Agusta motorcycle, the F4, is considered the most beautiful motorcycle in the world, riders say the Brutale 910 R is about the sexiest bike around. Graphics and the color scheme give the Brutale 910 R its sexy look. The 2007 model comes in black with red accents that match the valve cover. The 910 R has a new logo and graphics that are different from other Brutale models of earlier years. Even the tachometer gets into the act, since it bears the Brutale logo. Forged aluminum alloy rims further add to the sporty look of this naked bike. It has a top speed approaching 160 mph. The seat is made of full-grain Pieni Fiore leather. MV Agusta introduced the 910 R to much fanfare with the 2007 model year. In its introductory announcement, MV Agusta noted Marzocchi upside down 50 mm forks were used for the first time in a production motorcycle. The Italian manufacturer further described the Brutale 910 R as ""a motorcycle for everyday use that is capable of rewarding its rider with the behavior and riding sensation that is more in line with full race machines.""
The sex appeal, however, apparently ends with the looks, according to some riders. Despite coming equipped with the latest technology that allow the 910 R to achieve high speeds, the Brutale 910 R doesn’t ride or perform as well as the competition in the opinion of at least one reviewer. Riders find the seating cramped. The bike doesn’t handle bad roads well, so riders feel lots of vibration, even when the roads are smoother. On the other hand are riders who claim this is a highly reliable standard motorcycle that is fun to ride. As long as routine maintenance is performed, the Brutale 910F works like a charm, they say.
