Intro

The Kawasaki Vulcan 200 series of cruiser bikes was first introduced in 2002. The base Vulcan 2000, the Vulcan 2000 Classic, the Vulcan 2000 Classic LT, and the Vulcan 2000 Classic Limited were the models released for 2006. All of the 2006 Vulcan 2000 cruisers share the same liquid-cooled engine with four valves per cylinder that produces around 141 lb-ft of torque at 3000 rpm.

All of the 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 series cruisers are around 8.3 feet long, 40.4 inches wide, 45.5 inches high, and have 5.3 inches of ground clearance. All of the frames for these Vulcan 2000 cruisers are made of steel. All of the 2006 Vulcan cruisers feature a two-piece vinyl seat that is made to hold two people. All of the 2006 Vulcan 2000 cruisers come equipped with a detachable passenger seat and a grab rail as well. The Classic LT also features a detachable backrest for the passenger seat.

The 2006 Vulcan 2000 base comes equipped with foot pegs for the passenger. The 2006 Vulcan 2000 Classic and Limited feature a floor board for the driver and foot pegs for the passenger. The 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Classic LT comes with a floor board for the driver and the passenger as well. The 2006 Vulcan 2000 Classic LT also features a high tinted windshield that can be adjusted. The Classic LT also comes equipped with two leather saddlebags. The 2006 Vulcan cruiser displays an effective combination of power and luxury in a cruiser motorbike.

The 2006 Vulcan 2000 cruisers also come equipped with a high-end, V-shaped LCD instrument panel on a tank that is outlined in chrome to match the chrome halogen headlight. Many riders like the Vulcan cruisers because these cruisers are easy to handle due to their low centers of gravity. Riders love the amount of torque and low-end power this series of cruisers provides. Some riders complain that the seat can get uncomfortable on longer trips. Despite the pervasive need for minor repairs, riders love the reliability and performance of the engine and transmission for this cruiser.
