The Honda 599 is formally known as the CB600F, referred to as the Hornet in Brazil and Europe. The MSRP for the 2004 Honda 599 is around $7,100. The engine in the 2004 Honda 599 model has four valves per cylinder; its liquid cooled and has a peak output of around 96 horsepower. The Honda 599 motorbike also comes equipped with four carburetors. The 559 model is equipped with a one-piece vinyl seat that is made to hold up to two people. The seat is not adjustable.
The motorbike is also equipped with a grab rail and foot pegs for the driver and the passenger as well. The 599 cc has standard handlebars, a standard front and rear fender as well, the body is made of plastic and the frame is made of steel. The 2004 Honda 599 has standard digital instrumentation, a standard tachometer, speedometer and a light that alerts the rider when the fuel is low. The controls modules and the dashboard of the 599 Honda series weren’t updated again until the 2006 model was launched.
